Phoenix crash

Hello, today I started to have this problem and I can't find any way to fix this

1. A restart may fix the problem.
2. Try reinstalling phoenix code if that didnt help after a full uninstall(give option to delete application data folder when uninstalling.)
3. If that didnt work did anything change after last crash free launch? A windows update maybe?

I already did it all and nothing happened worked. Yesterday I deleted some drivers that dad no reason to be in apps and wit CCleaned I deleted some duplicate files. I had to restore the pc from two days ago and it works now

It may be that some system files got removed when CCleaner did its clean. The error message usually appears when Phoenix cant find windows system edge webUI components.
