Update CLA configuration and URLs after migration to pharmaverse

What happened?

Following the migration from insightsengineering to the new pharmaverse organization model, some CI/CD and CLA configuration still references the previous organization.

There appear to be two related issues that need to be addressed:

1. CLA configuration
   The CLA setup needs to be updated to reflect the new pharmaverse model, including the repository and configuration used for storing CLA signatures.
2. Outdated URLs
   Several URLs still point to insightsengineering instead of pharmaverse and should be updated to their corresponding pharmaverse locations.
