Leverage perses/cli-actions

Btw regarding using it for the build stage too, this is linked to perses/perses#2906 as afaik percli dac build is not used in this repo for the reasons mentioned there.

Today our demo website is pretty overloaded with a lot of test resources, I'm wondering what do you think about a reset and a clean demo instance only with community dashboards?

Well why not indeed, ping @Nexucis WDYT about a cleanup of the demo instance?

I think we should also consider using more the "important dashboards" config here, that would help having these dashboards stand out in the middle of the mess 😄 But maybe it would take too much space if we flag too much of them, so I wonder if we shouldn't add a notion of important projects too.. 'will open an issue for that I guess

@Nexucis anytime, I don't have a timeline in mind.

I'm planning to apply all dashboards under community-dashboard project, would be nice if someday we manage to have public datasources for each community dashboard 😄

But for now it can work for most of the use cases.
