Text does not contrast with background

Description

I entered Pencil 2d and almost everything was black.
It normally isn't not be a problem but none of the text contrasts with the background, so I have no idea what I'm clicking on until I highlight the spot where the text was.
I don't know if this is a problem with Pencil 2d, my windows (which has been acting up recently) or my computer itself.

Expected result

I expected Pencil 2d to open normally

Actual result

It opened not normally (everything was black)

Open Pencil 2d on windows 11 on my computer
