Alpha warning:

this warning is important because peerpad uses (and advertises) encryption and we are not sure it works to keep content properly safe. (and i would claim that we are sure it DOES NOT keep content properly safe.). The warning is important.

If it's too big and consuming to much visual real estate, maybe consider decreasing vertical height? or let people dismiss it (on a per-view basis)?

@jbenet this was a deliberate decision, see historical basis here nhttps://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/pm-peer-pad/issues/35

unlike the landing page (which, in its present form, does not add a huge amount of value) I do think the alpha warning is important vis a vis security -- we'll bring it back when we publish the dev site as the main page (as you can see in the original issue the intent was to make it dismissable via cookie, not remove it altogether)
