[Feature Request]: New Pattern Encoding Terminal that auto restocks patterns from storage

See title. Basically just pulls patterns from storage automatically once per like minute or something so no lag.

There is already a solution for this in the current AE2 ecosystem.
The mod "ExpandedAE" has a card that restocks a terminal.
Although it's a bigger mod that changes a lot of things, so I could see you maybe not wanting to add that to your pack.
