Enhancement: Add "--properties warlibs=true" as deployment default for dev mode

Brief Summary

In Maven / Gradle dev mode, it should be the default that items in <payara_domain>/lib/warlibs
are picked up. This is accomplished by adding --properties warlibs=true to asadmin with manual deployment. This should be the default for maven / gradle dev mode

@felixif I don't think this was ever done (at least not by me), please reopen. This is an enhancement in the Maven (and Gradle) plugins.

Hello @lprimak,

I see that the PR was merged and that the contribution was credited in the release notes of Payara Community 6.2025.6. I am not the best person to talk about the master branch, but as far as I am aware, it is sometimes outdated and does not reflect the latest changes in the product. You should be able to see your contribution present in the release tab on version 6.2025.6. If it is not there or in any future versions, we can re-open this issue and continue the discussion.

@felixif I think we misunderstand each other. Yes, The Payara Community PR has been merged.
This issue is in support of that feature in the maven plugin, and not Payara itself.
Additional actions are necessary to make the maven plugin work correctly and utilize the new feature of Payara 6.2025.6.

Hopefully, this makes this clearer. Please reopen this issue.
