Ingredients

90g olive oil
200g sugar
50g milk
15g Amaretto liquor
4 eggs
1 lemon, zested and juiced
5g magic powder
50g of almond flour
150g of wheat flour
1 dash of salt

Preparation

Mix to smooth batter (wet ingredients > dry)

Cooking

50 mins at 350f
