Suggestions about updating README.md

1. add more guide instructions and links
   for example, tell about the issue guidelines such as different types of issues (bug_report or feature request, etc.) and add links to issues section, or add download links of the ISO file such as torrent and mirror (I know it is on the website, but if the repo page have full information is better).

2. add badges to look better and easy to understand information
   add relevant badges from shields.io such as License, version, downloads count, etc.

3. make pre-installed applications list as a separate file
   create a separate file for table of applications list (for example applications.md) and create a link to it for each Language, for example applications-en.md, applications-fa.md, etc. this way makes it easy to translate applications list for other languages.

I'll be happy if I can contribute to any part of these to help Parch Linux community.
