IE11 only renders first page

IE11 now chokes on PDFjs with Object doesn't support property or method 'isNaN'. This can be fixed by adding a Number.isNaN polyfill but it still only renders the first page.

IE11 is temporarily disabled in our e2e tests, see #732.
