Hello,

I am trying to use the AHTPeptideFusion repository from GitHub for prediction of antihypertensive peptides. I successfully installed the environment and ran the notebook, but I encountered an error because the file:

model/transformer_class.pt is missing from the repository.

Currently, only the RandomForest model works, while the transformer-based prediction for peptides shorter than 11 amino acids cannot run due to the missing file.

Could you please share the transformer_class.pt file or provide a download link for the pretrained transformer model?

Thank you for your interest in the AHTPeptideFusion repository and for bringing this issue to my attention.
I apologize for the inconvenience. The file transformer_class.pt is missing from the GitHub repository because the pretrained model weights are too large to be hosted there directly.
