Fix breeder output on Python 3.13 #7

Python 3.13 seems to have removed the imp module, or renamed it, or something!

Steps to reproduce in a fresh Ubuntu container:

# apt update
...

# apt install software-properties-common
...

# add-apt-repository ppa:deadsnakes/ppa
...

# apt install python3.13
...

# curl -O https://pagekite.net/pk/pagekite.py

# python3.13 pagekite.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/root/pagekite.py", line 36, in <module>
    from imp import new_module
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'imp'
