Add watershed area as a check to watershed outlet-finding script

Suggested by @AreliaTW, we can do a rough error check on the script that finds outlets for shapefile watersheds by comparing the area listed in the watershed shapefile with the area of the gridded watershed defined by the calculated outlet.
