Remove shell scripts; include matview update SQL script

They have been completely superseded by the new Python scripts, except for crmprtd/execution/update_matviews_lazy.sql.

If we continue to maintain update_matviews_lazy.sql appropriately, it will replace the non-repo maintained script(s) of the same/similar name in the server at ~/bin. Also, change execution to supplementary or something. It needs a small update to be compatible with the target database revision 879f0efa125f. See ~/bin/update_matviews_lazy_879f0efa125f.sql.
