Addition of verification email.

A verification Email needs to be sent upon signup for confirming and completing signup as to prevent abuse of email ids.

For example , any fake profile id like b122500@... can also create the account , so we have to verify it by sending mail OTP . @zakhaev26 and @punitkr03 .
Please assign this issue among yours and ping me after its completion so that I can implement it on client side as well.
