World portals

It would be nice and convenient to have the ability to spawn in some kind of world portal to allow others to easily direct other users to other worlds while in game.

Currently it is pretty easy to grab a world link and paste it in chat, which is sufficient.
With PR #1261 you can also hot link to worlds and it provides a nice way to link to other worlds in the chat.

It might be a good idea to include such a function in the places app where you can drop a entity in the world and other users can use the entity to go to the location provided in the entity.

I like that idea...
We can't really use avatar entity since they are not allow everywhere...
I guess it would need to be a local entity portal generated by the app and using message to make it draw for everyone around, by their own app instance.

Could we code it on the place app and make it callable by the chat app ?

Do we need a "copy place url" button in the create app, in order to be able to easily past it in the chat app? (in addition to the "portal rezzer" feature ?)
or a "Share in Chat" button (if feasable) ?

I'm not too sure a "send to chat" button would be too useful. I think the Copy URL button would be sufficient and if for what ever reason it needs to be in the chat app the user can just paste it there themselves.
What you have now looks great!
