Mostly as a note to self:

Rocky Linux is missing Qt WebEngine, patchelf, and perl-Term-ReadLine-Gnu.

  • perl-Term-ReadLine-Gnu is optional, perl-Term-ReadLine can be used.
  • patchelf is highly desirable for setting rpaths.
  • Qt WebEngine is absolutely needed to use system Qt, otherwise a Qt build is needed.

Experimental Rocky Linux 9.2 support

As per #21, this is missing dependencies, because the base OS doesn't provide them.

So this will only work with additional repositories.
