[Bug] Invalid JSON if string contains `"` or `\` in multiple `phtml` files

Reproduce

Create a category and let its name contains " or \.

Output(invalid JSON):

{
    ...
    "item": {
        "@id": "",
        "name": "Some\Category\Name"
    }
    ...
}

Expected result

" or \ should be escaped to \" or \\
