        <b>Einleitung</b>
    </p>
    <p class="p2">Schön, dass du dich für WolfMafia interessierst. Der Schutz deiner personenbezogenen Daten wird bei WolfMafia sehr ernst genommen.</p>
    <p class="p2">In dieser Datenschutzerklärung informiere ich dich (nachfolgend „Entwickler“) über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten bei der Nutzung der folgenden Angebote:</p>

        <b>Datenerhebung beim Nutzen unserer nativen Apps</b>
    </p>
    <p class="p4">Herunterladen und installieren der nativen Apps</p>
    <p class="p2">Du kannst die nativen Apps über Apples App Store und Googles Play Store (nachfolgend zu „Stores“ zusammengefasst) abrufen und herunterladen.</p>
    <p class="p2">Dabei erhebt der Betreiber des jeweiligen Stores, über den du die nativen Apps herunterlädst, für den Download erforderliche personenbezogene Daten.</p>
    <p class="p2">Zu diesen Daten gehören insbesondere dein Name, deine E-Mail-Adresse sowie deine Postleitzahl, der Zeitpunkt des Downloads, deine IP-Adresse und die individuelle Gerätekennziffer deines Endgeräts (sog. IMEI), sowie ggf. deine Zahlungsinformationen.</p>
    <p class="p2">Diese Daten-Erhebung und -Verarbeitung erfolgt grundsätzlich allein durch den jeweiligen Store-Betreiber ohne die Beteiligung des Entwicklers an der Daten-Verarbeitung oder Einflussmöglichkeiten hierauf. Insoweit gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen des jeweiligen Store-Betreibers, die im betreffenden Store einsehbar sind.</p>
    <p class="p2">Nur soweit es für den Download und die Bereitstellung der nativen App nötig ist, erhält und verarbeitet der Entwickler diese vom Store-Betreiber erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten. Sofern er personenbezogene Daten im Rahmen der Installation verarbeitet, erfolgt dies gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b) DSGVO auf der Grundlage des Vertrages über den Bezug und die Nutzung der nativen App, den du beim Download und der Installation der App mit ihm abgeschlossen hast.</p>
    <p class="p4">Spielen mit den nativen Apps</p>
    <p class="p2">Beim Spielen mit den nativen Apps werden keine Daten an den Entwickler gesendet.</p>
    <p class="p4">Von unseren nativen Apps angeforderte Berechtigungen und deren Verwendung</p>
    <p class="p2">Die nativen Apps benötigen folgende Berechtigungen, die für die Nutzung der nativen Apps notwendig sind:</p>
    <ul class="ul1">
        <li class="li3">Kamera: Scannen von QR-Codes (Verarbeitung erfolgt nur lokal)</li>
        <li class="li2">Internetzugriff: Aufruf von Websites und Schreiben von E-Mails</li>
    </ul>
    <p class="p4">Speicherung von Daten auf deinem mobilen Endgerät</p>
    <p class="p2">Die nativen Apps speichern ggf. folgende technisch notwendige Daten im internen App-Speicher auf deinem mobilen Endgerät bzw. den mobilen Endgeräten deiner Mitspieler, sofern du diese Daten über deinen Spielercode oder den Gamecode mit ihnen teilst:</p>
    <ul class="ul1">
        <li class="li3">deine Spieler-ID</li>
        <li class="li3">deinen selbst festgelegten Spielernamen</li>
        <li class="li3">deine Rollen-ID</li>
        <li class="li2">Spieler-IDs und Spielernamen von Mitspielern</li>
    </ul>
    <p class="p5">Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist § 25 Abs. 2 lit. b) TTDSG.</p>
    <p class="p1">
        <b>Datenerhebung bei der Kontaktaufnahme</b>
    </p>
    <p class="p2">Wenn du dem Entwickler über die in den nativen Apps angegebene E-Mail-Adresse kontaktierst, werden die von dir in der Kontaktaufnahme gemachten Angaben inklusive deiner E-Mail-Adresse und ggf. deines Absendernamens zur Bearbeitung deiner E-Mail verarbeitet.</p>
    <p class="p5">Die Daten werden gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO verarbeitet, soweit du dem Entwickler im Rahmen eines bestehenden Vertrages über die Nutzung der nativen Apps oder zwecks Anbahnung eines solchen Vertragsverhältnisses kontaktierst. Andernfalls erfolgt diese Speicherung und Verarbeitung der Daten aufgrund des berechtigten Interesses der sorgfältigen Bearbeitung deiner E-Mail gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.</p>
    <p class="p1">
        <b>Speicherung, Speicherdauer und Löschung der Daten</b>
    </p>
    <p class="p5">Deine personenbezogenen Daten werden so lange verarbeitet, wie es für die Verarbeitungszwecke erforderlich, durch eine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht vorgeschrieben oder aus anderen Gründen notwendig ist. Anschließend werden die Daten nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften gelöscht.</p>
    <p class="p1">
        <b>Datensicherheit</b>
    </p>
    <p class="p5">Der Entwickler hat angemessene technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen getroffen, um deine personenbezogenen Daten gegen unbeabsichtigten Verlust, Beschädigung, unberechtigten Zugriff oder unberechtigt Veränderungen zu schützen. Datenschutz und Datensicherheit kann nicht für Übermittlungen außerhalb des Einflussbereichs von WolfMafia garantiert werden.</p>
    <p class="p1">
        <b>Weitergabe von personenbezogenen Daten</b>
    </p>
    <p class="p2">Eine Weitergabe der personenbezogenen Daten an Dritte erfolgt - soweit in dieser Datenschutzerklärung an anderer Stelle nicht anderweitig angegeben - nur, sofern</p>
    <ul class="ul1">
        <li class="li3">du nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung dazu erteilt hast.</li>
        <li class="li3">die Weitergabe nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO zur Wahrung der berechtigten Interesses des Entwicklers erforderlich ist, z.B. der Bereitstellung der Angebote oder der Bearbeitung von E-Mails, und kein Grund zur Annahme besteht, dass du ein überwiegendes schutzwürdiges Interesse an der Nichtweitergabe deiner Daten hast.</li>
        <li class="li3">für die Weitergabe nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c) DSGVO eine gesetzliche Verpflichtung dazu besteht.</li>
        <li class="li2">dies gesetzlich zulässig und nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO für die Abwicklung von Vertragsverhältnissen mit dir erforderlich ist.</li>

        <b>Deine Betroffenenrechte</b>

    <p class="p2">Sofern der Entwickler von dir personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet, bist du Betroffener i.S.d. DSGVO und es stehen dir folgende Rechte gegenüber ihm zu:</p>
    <p class="p4">Auskunftsrecht</p>
    <p class="p2">Gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO hast du das Recht, von ihm eine Bestätigung darüber zu verlangen, ob er dich betreffende personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet. In diesem Fall hast du das Recht, Auskunft über diese personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen.</p>
    <p class="p4">Recht auf Berichtigung</p>
    <p class="p2">Gemäß Art. 16 DSGVO hast du das Recht, unverzüglich die Berichtigung oder Vervollständigung deiner bei ihm gespeicherten Daten zu verlangen.</p>
    <p class="p4">Recht auf Löschung ("Recht auf Vergessenwerden")</p>
    <p class="p2">Gemäß Art. 17 DSGVO hast du das Recht, von ihm die Löschung deiner bei ihm gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen, soweit die Verarbeitung nicht zur Ausübung des Rechts auf freie Meinungsäußerung und Information, zur Erfüllung einer rechtlichen Verpflichtung, aus Gründen des öffentlichen Interesses oder zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen erforderlich ist.</p>
    <p class="p4">Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung</p>

        Gemäß Art. 18 DSGVO hast du das Recht, die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung deiner personenbezogenen Daten nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu verlangen.

    <p class="p2">Gemäß Art. 20 DSGVO hast du das Recht, deine personenbezogenen Daten, die du dem Entwickler bereitgestellt hast, in einem strukturierten, gängigen und maschinenlesbaren Format zu erhalten oder die Übermittlung an einen anderen Verantwortlichen zu verlangen.</p>
    <p class="p4">Widerspruchsrecht</p>
    <p class="p2">Gemäß Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO kannst du deine einmal erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit gegenüber dem Entwickler widerrufen. Dies hat zur Folge, dass er die Datenverarbeitung, die auf dieser Einwilligung beruhte, für die Zukunft nicht mehr fortführen dürfen.</p>
    <p class="p4">Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde</p>
    <p class="p5">Gemäß Art. 77 DSGVO hast du unbeschadet eines anderweitigen verwaltungsrechtlichen oder gerichtlichen Rechtsbehelfs das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat deines gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, deines Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes, wenn du der Ansicht bist, dass die Verarbeitung deiner personenbezogenen Daten gegen die Vorgaben der DSGVO verstößt.</p>

        <b>Widerspruch gegen werbliche Nutzung</b>

    <p class="p5">Alle auf dem Angebot angegebenen Kontaktdaten inklusive etwaiger Fotos dienen ausdrücklich nur zu Informationszwecken bzw. zur Kontaktaufnahme. Sie dürfen insbesondere nicht für die Zusendung von Werbung, Spam und Ähnlichem verwendet werden. Einer werblichen Nutzung dieser Daten wird deshalb hiermit ausdrücklich widersprochen. Sollten diese Daten dennoch zu den vorstehend genannten Zwecken genutzt werden, behält sich der Entwickler etwaige rechtliche Schritte vor.</p>
