Follow-up to #11. The v0.1 cs-python ships subprocess execution. The production adapter should embed CPython directly (via python.h or gopy) for: lower cold-start latency, in-process capability gates matching cs-js, host-function pipes for cs.http.fetch/cs.kv.*/cs.codeq.publish, and parity with the cs-js runtime registry.
