Allow sorting by issue type in issues listing #574
Description
For reviewing the issues by user ([https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/byuser/arjunaraoc?level=2#loc=7/17.442/79.185)](example url), allow sorting by issue type will be helpful for users to work on the issues of their competence or interest.
