IP Address obfuscation

tl;dr: an option to obfuscate player IP Addresses shown to Moderators to something that wouldn't be meaningful itself and would expire after a set amount of time.

I like this idea, I'm all about removing personally identifiable information so far as is possible, I'm going to convert this into an issue when the time comes to implement it, that way we have a better record of it!
