We'd talked about making the initial zoom cover just areas that have roads, rather than the whole country of Vietnam. Additionally, we could add national and/or provincial boundaries, as a separate layer.

Looks like OSM street-like tiles were available this whole time. @olafveerman, do we want to make this the default basemap when opening the page? Or still DG satellite?
