the performance to 'watch'

I'm going to develop a low-code platform, my data pass form father to child component. by the way, I use mixins to inject 'watch' to every component.
when coming to the Table, it provides 'slot' for orther compents, if the table length is to long, the 'watch' will be to much, and the Interface rendering will be slow, how can i do for this
