As of this release, we now have both Windows and Mac installers! Would someone like to try them out?

I tested the Windows 10 and 11 installers on my Windows 11 machine just now. They sort of worked, but left some things to be desired. Neither installer installed the Boost libraries, so vegastrike-engine.exe was unable to launch. Also, no shortcut got added to the desktop or the Start Menu.
