Take a look into the following new simulators:

@sebanlicson and I discussed over call and decided, we should focus on improving playground.
And, we should develop a package, that loads robots into playground from a given set of dh parameters. I have worked on a similar repo, that generates urdf, we can use that as a starting point.

I have forked it into the org. we can use it as a starter.

This is a beginner friendly project and I estimate it'll take less than 2 months to get a barebone working.

Furthermore, If you want to discuss the scope of this new package, now would be a good time.
