Upload preview image issue for double track video

In Opencast 18, uploading a preview image only works for videos that have a single track. As soon as a video has both a presentation and a presenter track and an image is imported, it is not used and every resources are removed :

Maybe we missconfigured something but we dont find any way to fix this...

This should be an issue with the default workflows (and thus the default configuration).

In case you want to fix this specific event, you probably would need to write a custom workflow that restores the event to a previous snapshot version. This is a bit technical and requires knowledge of the internal mediapackage state, specifically which snapshot version number to restore to.
