Technische Fehlermeldung: ServiceRegistryException: Error handling operation 'ParallelEncode'

Hello,

after a lecture recording, the following “Technical error message: ServiceRegistryException: Error handling operation ‘ParallelEncode’” appeared on Opencast. A presenter was recorded as well as a presentation. I have discovered that the file of the presenter has displayed this error. Can anyone help me and give me a tip on how to avoid this error or at best solve it? The lecturer needs the SBS recording for his students.

This problem likely occurred while encoding the video with ffmpeg. You should find more information in the log files on your Opencast worker before the “ParallelEncode” log message. Look for the ffmpeg command used by Opencast and additional details about the error. The ffmpeg error messages may provide additional information about why the encoding failed.
