Changed default branch for github.com/opencast/opencast-docker

Hi all,

The default branch in https://github.com/opencast/opencast-docker is now called main. The master branch still exists and I will update it to point to the same commit as main until the release of Opencast 18.0. Please update any script etc. that relies on this branch.
