• John C: interested in how things are playing out
  • Generally a good thing but opportunity to be better to interop / codevelop
• Todd: not seeming like a mechanism to add new projects exists
  • Not involved on the google side (potentially Google OSPO contacts)
  • Not sure how meetings are going or if happening
• Luca: listed as technical contributor but seeing calendar churn, group churn
  • Charter is evolving
  • Understanding: every new project has to go through the working-groups
    • Working-groups open to AAIF member companies only
• Natali happy to bring questions to LF and AAIF on behalf of AGNTCY project
  • Potential opportunities in the members summit at end of Feb
• Key Qs:
  • MCP is critical dependency in agent stack and understanding direction to align AGNTCY component implementations
    • Card implications are main interop – existing forums are open so alignment should be possible
  • Official liaisons between AAIF groups & projects?
    • Current position is we have overlapping company reps in AAIF and AGNTCY that can fulfill liaison

  Each group will meet biweekly for one hour. Please sign up only for the working groups you expect to have time to attend regularly and actively contribute to.

Scarf adoption? (SDK usage metrics)

• Concerns: privacy is the main worry
  • Need more of an assessment
  • Action: See if there’s any LF guidelines
• A2A TSC approved usage
  • Strongly desired way to measure adoption
    • Understanding is just for package manager installs (not runtime metrics)
    • Action: send Todd an email about adopting and working with A2A contribs/leads for intro to Alan Blount leading (A2A side lead)
