Add background music support to Video Messages (video circles)

I’d like to suggest a feature for Telegram.

Native background music support for Video Messages (video circles).

The idea is to allow users to select a music track while recording a video circle,
with automatic audio synchronization , similar to TikTok-style short videos.

Why this matters:

• makes video circles more expressive
• encourages short-form content creation
• keeps creators inside Telegram instead of third-party apps

This feature fits naturally into Telegram’s video message format
and could increase engagement across chats and channels.
