Allow for more than 1 scheduled Maintenance Window

Allow for more than 1 scheduled Maintenance Window.

Let's say there are 2 planned service downtimes or upgrades in a week.
The Cloudshell program will only allow you to schedule 1 maintenance window at a time. We aren't able to schedule/set the next one until the other one has completely ended.

Would be much easier if we can just schedule multiple maintenance windows into the schedule. image2022-4-8-11-41-21.png
