This idea is regarding to use Storage cluster name instead of using data storage name under that cluster in blueprint to create VMs
Existing Procedure: Passing "Storage Cluster/Data storage" complete path to create VM under the storage cluster.
Proposed Idea: Only pass "Storage Cluster" so that VM will be created under any data storage under which the space is available.
Benefits: VM failure rate will be reduced
