User can remove a resource from a sandbox. If that resource has incident L2 connections, currently those L2 connections will be automatically removed but not disconnected. However user may be under impression that those L2 have been automatically disconnected, then later find out the VLANs created for those L2 are not removed form the affected interfaces, and the networking in this and other sandboxes stop working.
What's expected: when user removes a resource from a sandbox, if there are incident L2 connections that are connected, automatically disconnect them.
