We recently had a question about configuring the GPIO voltage on the I/O Board.
The I/O Board supports either a 5V or 3.3V GPIO voltage and it is configurable using a jumper near the power input connector. When the jumper is placed in the "3V3" position, the output voltages are at a 3.3V level and the power supplied by the headers is 3.3V nominal. When the jumper is placed in the "5V" position, the output voltages are at a 5V level and the power supplied by the headers is 5V nominal. Note that the inputs (including the analog inputs) are all 5V tolerant no matter what the setting of the jumper is. Also, there is no way to only configure some pins for 5V or 3.3V output, they are all changed together.
