Project Information
1. Project Description and Objectives
ShareX is building the Web3 Consumer and Financial Layer for the sharing economy. By integrating IoT sharing service terminals with the Deshare Protocol, RWA solutions, and crypto payments, ShareX connects Web3 with global sharing economy brands, driving deep engagement and conversion of massive Web2 users and consumer scenarios.
1) Consumer Layer: Deshare Protocol
ShareX has established the “Deshare Protocol,” a decentralized sharing economy network that is open, trustworthy, and efficient. By integrating the PoPW (Proof of Physical Work) mechanism, the protocol rewards participants contributing to the network, driving the global adoption of the sharing economy.
Based on the Deshare Protocol, ShareX connects Web3 with global sharing economy brands, providing them with software and hardware solutions, Cryptopay, and Deshare integration, enabling deep engagement and conversion of massive Web2 users and consumer scenarios.
2) Financial Layer: ShareFi Platform
ShareX employs RWA and PayFi solutions to create a financial layer for the sharing economy, unlocking billions in asset circulation. Brands can tokenize physical assets and revenue rights of shared devices on-chain, leveraging RWA issuance and trading to access supply chain financing backed by tangible assets and enhance asset liquidity on-chain.
Shared devices typically have stable cash flows, making them ideal RWA assets. By issuing RWA tokens, ShareX helps brands secure asset-backed financing. Since ShareX manages both hardware and payment systems, we can ensure safe and fair revenue distribution for RWA investors.

Taking the shared power bank industry as an example, the market is expanding at an annual growth rate of over 100%. According to estimates, the RWA market within the sharing economy could reach a multi-billion-dollar scale.

2) Development of Consumer-Grade Financial Applications
ShareX is pioneering the use of Real World Assets (RWAs) in consumer-facing business models. We enable financial innovation in everyday retail usage, such as “Charge-to-Earn,” pay-per-use DeFi services, and device-based revenue sharing. This directly supports HashKey’s efforts to scale Web3 financial infrastructure to the consumer level.
3) Support for Stablecoin Payment and On-Chain Credit Systems
Our globally deployed IoT network provides a ready-made infrastructure for stablecoin adoption, including scenarios suited for HKD stablecoin use. We’re also piloting on-chain credit features—such as deposit-free rentals or using yield from deposits to cover service fees—advancing PayFi mechanisms that HashKey seeks to promote.
4) User Growth and Web2-to-Web3 Conversion
ShareX’s terminals are placed in high-traffic public venues, offering a continuous stream of real-world interactions with Web2 users. As the world’s largest overseas shared power bank enterprise, ShareX has leveraged years of supply chain experience and market insight to launch the world’s first Web3-integrated shared power bank solution. This solution not only provides brands with verifiable real-world data and RWA-based financing models, but also delivers additional benefits and innovations to end-users through mechanisms such as Charge to Earn and PayFi. Currently, ShareX ships nearly 200,000 devices annually, enabling rapid global deployment of Web3-connected IoT infrastructure for the sharing economy.

ShareX established Deshare Alliance, which aims to **bring together 100 leading shared economy brands **while collaborating with top-tier Web3 networks and service providers. Unlike many DePIN projects, shared power banks are naturally positioned in high-traffic public locations, **enabling continuous Web2 user acquisition. **By leveraging offline exposure and user engagement at these locations, ShareX consistently attracts high-quality paying users, driving organic adoption and ecosystem growth.

Our project is designed with interoperability in mind, and we see strong alignment with the HashKey ecosystem in the following ways:
**1) Protocol Integration: **ShareX’s Deshare Protocol integrates with HashKey Chain, bringing large-scale consumer application scenarios, IoT devices, and user data to the HashKey ecosystem.

It shows that the market has great potential, the development of the entire industry ecosystem requires the gathering of more participants.

The inaugural season of TreasureX will launch in partnership with Powernow, a prominent shared power bank brand operating across Japan and Southeast Asia. Powernow boasts an impressive network, including over 4,000 merchant partners, more than 20,000 power bank devices, and over half a million registered users. This initiative helps ShareX build a user base of over 100,000 engaged participants and RWA users.
