Roam: A global roaming network - open, secure and seamless.
Formerly known as MetaBlox, Roam is dedicated to creating a free to use global roaming network that ensures automated, seamless, and secure connectivity for humans and smart devices. By leveraging a blockchain-based credential infrastructure, Roam has successfully facilitated the adoption of WiFi OpenRoaming and reward the community with global eSIM data. It has achieved 100% month-over-month growth. With 3 million nodes across 200 countries, 2.5 million+ app users, and 2 million + daily network validation activities, Roam is the largest decentralized wireless network worldwide. Supported by an additional 3.5 million WiFi OpenRoaming networks, Roam operates as a physical Layer 1 (L1) platform, enabling location/Time-based data transactions. Roam targets to gain 10 million real world users and become the leader in Annual Recurring Revenue in the next two years. The project has earned support from blockchain ecosystems like Solana, telecom leaders like Samsung, and WiFi standard developers like the Wireless Broadband Alliance. As the sole Web3 player and official ID provider for global WiFi OpenRoaming, Roam is gearing up for its Token Generation Event (TGE) and expects $20 million in revenue in the first year post-TGE.

Project Description for Roam
Roam is a decentralized infrastructure project built on Solana, integrating OpenRoaming and eSIM technology to enable a seamless, secure, and borderless internet experience. Through Roam, users can earn rewards by contributing to a global OpenRoaming-compatible WiFi network using Roam Miners or by sharing their own WiFi. With its unique points system, tokenomics, and NFT-based engagement model, Roam bridges the gap between real-world connectivity and Web3.

Hashkey Relationship

Building a geo location based protocol on Hashkey, plus integrating the HSK blockchain within the Roam app, developing HSK programs for DID, VC/VP and router heartbeats.

Milestones

1. Product Launch - 25/05/25

• MetaBlox Labs integrates the HSK blockchain into the Roam app and Roam wallet.
• Restructuring the protocol’s backend services to support transactions, DIDs, VCs/VPs on HashKey chain;
• Developing HSK programs for DID registration and user geolocation check-ins, along with a router heartbeat
  program.

2. Adoption - 10/06/25

• MetaBlox Labs will push ~500K daily check in transactions onto the HSK chain.

3. Adoption - 30/06/25

• MetaBlox Labs will push ~1M daily check in transactions onto the HSK chain.

4. Adoption - 30/07/25

• MetaBlox labs will generate all new unique DIDs and user entries on HSK chain (along with other chains)
• Milestone 4 can only be completed after the completion of Milestone 2 and Milestone 3.

5. Adoption - 30/08/25

• MetaBlox labs will implement its geo location based protocol and data onto the HSK chain.
• Milestone 5 can only be completed after the completion of Milestone 2, 3 and 4.
