Project Information
Project Information
1. Project Description and Objectives
1.1 Project Description
ChatPulse, developed by The Wonders, is a Telegram bot designed to reward conversations that matter in group chats. Powered by large language models (LLM) like the Mistral-7B, ChatPulse analyzes message context in real-time, assigns manner scores based on user behavior, and incentivizes meaningful dialogue. Scores are encrypted and recorded hourly on the HashKey blockchain for transparency and trust. Targeting the crypto community on Telegram, ChatPulse integrates seamlessly into existing chat experiences, requiring only a one-time registration on the ChatPulse platform, after which users can continue using Telegram as usual.
1.2 Objectives
Rewarding Meaningful Dialogue: Score and incentivize users for positive contributions, tracked transparently on HashKey Chain.
Crypto Community Engagement: Target Telegram’s estimated 67.5M daily active crypto users (DAU).
Blockchain Transparency: Record scores hourly encrypted on HashKey Chain for immutability and credibility.
Frictionless Adoption: Offer a free, easy-to-use tool with one-time registration for seamless integration into Telegram Group chats.
Attention-Fi Innovation: Redefine social interactions with a blackboxed LLM based Algorithm and scoring system on blockchain.
2. Success Potential
2.1 Market Demand
Telegram’s ~450M DAU (67.5M in crypto, per PDF) and X’s ~450M DAU (10.9M in crypto) highlight a need for tools that enhance crypto community engagement. Unlike moderation bots, task based marketing tools or hype-driven platforms, ChatPulse rewards substance, appealing to Attentionl-Fi and crypto users with its free, low-friction model.
2.2 Technical Feasibility
ChatPulse leverages:
Mistral-7B LLM: Real-time message scoring (blackboxed).
Telethon: Telegram API integration.
HashKey Mainnet: Hourly encrypted score recording.
Web3.py: Blockchain connectivity.
MongoDB & Cryptography: Secure data handling. The Wonders’ technical expertise ensures robust execution.
2.3 Team Capability
The Wonders consist of professionals experienced over 8 years in the industry in blockchain, smart contracts, and software development, capable of delivering a high-quality product.
3. Mission Alignment
3.1 Enhanced Scalability and Performance
HashKey Chain supports hourly score updates, ensuring scalability and security for real-time data.
3.2 Fostering Innovation and Participation
Live scoring incentivizes quality dialogue, boosting Telegram organic crypto community activity.
3.3 Sustainable Ecosystem Growth
Free access for end users drives long-term engagement within HashKey’s ecosystem, supported by the grant’s development focus.
3.4 Seamless Integration with Existing Infrastructure
Built on HashKey Mainnet, ChatPulse enhances Telegram with blockchain-backed scoring, with minimal user friction or onboarding complexity.
4. Innovation
4.1 Blackboxed LLM Scoring
First Telegram bot to use a proprietary Mistral-7B based algorithm for real-time analysis, prioritizing merit.
4.2 Blockchain Trust
Hourly HashKey Chain updates ensure transparency while keeping the scoring system secure.
4.3 Frictionless Social-Fi
Free, one-time registration model sets a new standard for accessibility in Social-Fi.
5. Is it Open Source?
No. The algorithm, LLM integration, and pointing system are blackboxed to protect proprietary technology and maintain competitive advantage. But for user trust main factors which are influencing the algorithm and an API to connect to the Point data is planned to be released.
6. Free or Fee-Based for End Users?
Free for all users. Requires only a one-time registration on the ChatPulse platform, after which Telegram usage remains unchanged.
7. Interoperability with HashKey Ecosystem
7.1 Alignment with HSK
Supports ecosystem growth by leveraging HashKey Chain infrastructure, with potential future HSK utility.
7.2 Cross-Platform Collaboration
Integrates with HashKey apps and Telegram, with possible expansion to platforms like Discord.
7.3 Synergy with HashKey Exchange
Future enhancements could tie into HashKey Exchange features for broader ecosystem integration.
Market Analysis
Market Analysis
1. Competitors and Differentiation
1.1 Competitors
ChatPulse operates in the emerging AI and AttentionFi space, where attention is quantified, rewarded, and integrated with blockchain technology. Below are key competitors, including those active on X and beyond, that overlap with ChatPulse’s focus on rewarding engagement:
Kaito (@KaitoAI on X): An AI-powered crypto InfoFi platform, Kaito tokenizes attention through its "Yaps" program, rewarding users for quality crypto-related content on X. Backed by investors like Spartan Group and Dragonfly, Kaito emphasizes mindshare analytics and real-time insights, targeting crypto researchers and traders. Its presence on X is strong, with frequent posts about its ecosystem and rewards.
Warpcast (Farcaster): The primary client for Farcaster, a decentralized social protocol, Warpcast operates as a Twitter-like platform with crypto-native features. It rewards engagement via "Warps" (a points system) and integrates with blockchain for identity and content ownership. Popular in crypto circles, it focuses on a curated, decentralized social experience rather than group chat dynamics.
Telegram Bots (e.g., Group Butler): Widely used for group moderation, these bots focus on utility rather than rewarding attention. They don’t integrate blockchain or offer incentives like ChatPulse, limiting their AttentionFi relevance.
Wallchain (@wallchain_xyz on X): A newer AttentionFi player, Wallchain rewards user engagement in crypto communities, positioning itself as a "quacker" alternative to Kaito’s "yappers." Its X activity highlights a community-driven approach, though it’s less established than Kaito.
1.2 Differentiation
ChatPulse stands out in the AttentionFi landscape by:
LLM-Driven Real-Time Scoring: Unlike Kaito’s broader AI analytics or Warpcast’s points-based system, ChatPulse uses a blackboxed Mistral-7B LLM to evaluate conversation quality in Telegram group chats, offering precise, merit-based scoring.
Frictionless Integration: Requiring only a one-time registration, ChatPulse seamlessly embeds into Telegram without altering user behavior without the need to shift to a new social media platform.
Blockchain Transparency: Hourly score recording on HashKey Chain ensures trust and immutability, similar to Kaito’s periodic on-chain scoring and API access but distinguished by its real-time, hourly updates tailored to Telegram’s crypto niche, rather than X or Farcaster’s ecosystems.
Free Access: ChatPulse is free for end users, broadening its appeal within Telegram’s 67.5M crypto DAU, while Warpcast’s decentralized onboarding may pose barriers for casual users.
2. Current User Base and Estimation Method
2.1 Current User Base
Pre-launch, ChatPulse has no users yet, but has shown interest on the HashKey Hackathon Taiyi. The Wonders’ expertise in blockchain and software development positions it for rapid adoption within Telegram’s crypto community.
2.2 Estimation Method: Analogous Estimation
Telegram Crypto DAU: ~67.5M (PDF), a massive pool for ChatPulse’s Telegram-first approach.
X Crypto DAU: ~10.9M (PDF), where Kaito and Wallchain thrive, suggesting ChatPulse could tap a complementary audience.
Target: 50K DAU by Q4 2025, scaling to 500K by 2026, leveraging Telegram’s scale and ChatPulse’s low-friction model against competitors’ more active engagement demands.
