RealtyX is creating the most incentivized Real-World Asset (RWA) community, powered by a comprehensive RWAfi platform. By seamlessly bridging real-world assets—starting with real estate—and blockchain technology, we accelerate the mass adoption of RWAs and ignite the next wave of innovation in decentralized finance (DeFi).

We are dedicated to crafting a novel Web3 property tokenization model that embodies principles of community-driven innovation, transparency, inclusivity, and reimagining the redistribution of wealth.

Success Potential

We have identified a strong market demand for RWA tokenization, which is rapidly gaining traction across various sectors. However, many existing projects focus on tokenization without implementing strategies to acquire and engage users. In the Web3 world, user acquisition is crucial. RealtyX’s approach is rooted in a community-driven model that combines innovation with utility, aiming to unlock the true potential of RWAs through DeFi with blockchain infrastructure. This model has already proven its viability through initial trials, showcasing its potential to drive real-world impact. By deploying and collaborating with HashKey Chain, we are poised to elevate the revolutionary RWAfi framework to the next level, creating a seamless and scalable ecosystem that bridges the gap between traditional assets and the DeFi space.

Also we are accepted by the Hong Kong Cyberport Incubation Programme in September. This leads us to explore policy sandboxes to pilot innovative applications involving RWA composability. Our team is rooted in Hong Kong. Co-founder Bill is a seasoned software engineer and DeFi enthusiast with visionary insights into blockchain technology. Co-founder Young is backed by over two decades in real estate, offers strategic guidance in property acquisition and market analysis. Co-founder Jade, also our Web3 Strategy & Partnership Director, brings over 9 years of marketing expertise, known for driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility with successful strategies. Monin Ung, a legal professional with over 20 years of experience, is the founder of Hong Kong Law Firm MUNG and our dedicated Legal Advisor. Her expertise in blockchain, Web3 and multiple jurisdictions ensures that we maintain the highest legal standards while building RWAfi.

Utility Vault is a cornerstone of RealtyX, enabling Web3 DeFi participants to interact with RWA tokens in groundbreaking ways other than simply generating rental yields. It provides a hub for maximizing capital efficiency, generating boosted returns, and fostering deep integration between real-world assets and DeFi.

Interoperability
In addition to our current compliant tokenization model, we can collaborate with other tokenization projects within the HashKey ecosystem, listing their RWAs on our launchpad. We also will integrate with lending protocols within the ecosystem to unlock liquidity from RWAs, enabling a more dynamic market. Furthermore, we can work with other liquidity-dependent applications in the ecosystem, directing the released RWA liquidity towards these platforms, thereby fostering a thriving, interconnected DeFi ecosystem.

RealtyX is an open source project but fee-based for end users.

Market Analysis

The tokenization of real estate through RWA projects positions us against major competitors such as RealT and BinaryX. While these projects also enable users to gain property rights such as rental income and governance, our approach focuses on community-driven engagement and Utility Vault empowered by RWA tokens and DeFi protocols. This significantly enhances our platform's accessibility and user acquisition. The diversity of RWAs further fosters the RealtyX ecosystem's sustainability and long-term growth potential.

The global real estate market exceeds $370 trillion, while the blockchain market represents only 1% of this value. Adoption of Web3 by traditional users remains in its infancy, and RWA serves as a critical bridge for traditional markets to access blockchain and DeFi opportunities. With more industry leaders beginning to explore RWA, it is clear that the market holds tremendous untapped potential.

Grant Size and Justification

Grant Request: $50,000
This funding request to support the following key initiatives:

1. Hashkey Chain Deployment:

• Ensure full technical integration of our platform with the Hashkey Chain.

2. Launch Pilot Property:

• Launch a tokenized pilot property on the Hashkey Chain, along with yield-boost staking, collateralized lending, and other Web3-native features.

3. Ecosystem Collaboration & Community Engagement:

• Collaborate with 2–3 existing projects within the Hashkey Chain ecosystem to co-launch user engagement activities.
• Run joint campaigns including platform participation rewards and gamified incentives such as quest campaigns and AMAs to attract and retain users.

Hashkey Relationship

We will take a multi-faceted approach to enriching the HashKey ecosystem.

• With our proven model and achievements, we are committed to ongoing exploration, providing compliant RWAs and pioneering novel on-chain utilities that enhance composability and value.

• Partner with Hashkey Chain to explore the frontiers of compliant tokenization and bring innovative solutions to fruition.

• Existing user base and a rapidly growing ambassador program (over 200 active ambassadors) drive user acquisition and community engagement. The grant will provide us with the necessary resources to expand the user base within the HashKey ecosystem.

• Our Hong Kong-themed MTR Movement Campaign, featuring partnerships with pioneering RWA projects, fosters RWA adoption with educational workshops and gamification engagement. By joining forces with HashKey, we can significantly expand the reach and impact of RWAs.

• By acting as a central hub for RWA applications, we can maximize composability and attract a wider range of partners and users to the HashKey ecosystem, starting with introducing our existing partnerships with diverse utilities and strong user base.
