Allow Orchid to work from any namespace

Default Orchid path is /app/Orchid/, but for some reasont it may be usefull to move it somewhere else, e.g. /modules/Orchid/. And it's possible, but with some limitations. When I tried, the problem was that generator commands use hardcoded namespace, e.g. orchid:screen:

It may be method like Dashboard::setRootNamespace('/Modules/Orchid/'), config option or something else.
