Usercard : Make impossible the update of state and recipients in the same time ?

For an existing usercard, if we want to change its state, maybe we should block the recipients list, because users who will not be in the new recipients list will see the card disappear, and it can be confusing.

Same way, we can imagine to fix the state of the card if we want to update the recipients list.

The idea would be to forbid the update of those two fields in the same time.
