Feature suggestion: Default # of days for author revisions

I'd love to be able to set a default number of days for authors to submit revisions. Right now, the system populates a date during the draft decision process and it's easy to forget to change it.

This setting exists for reviews (default_review_days) and it's extremely useful, so perhaps revisions could be set up in a similar way? Thanks for considering.
