直接域控管理员登陆web操作，powershell远程执行权限也打开了，修改账号还提示没有权限

bind account shoud be domain admin role or grant with correct permission to modify

绑定帐户应为域管理员角色或授予具有正确修改权限的权限

用adminportal账号登录，需要在配置页里配置具有管理员权限的账号。
登录平台使用具有平台权限的普通账号登录即可
