building up on #132.

Suggestion would be

after OID4VP goes to final.
after mdoc over OID4VP with browser API gets published.

If HAIP goes to final without this, we probably should add a note that

mdoc over OID4VP without browser API is currently defined in ISO 18013-7 Annex B, but since it points to OID4VP ID-2 and will not be updated, it will be defined in HAIP
