Cycle name change: FRA Latest (two countries) → FRA in Progress

To avoid confusion caused by having the same name, the admin agreed to rename the layer “FRA Latest 2”, which contains only two countries mentioned, to “FRA in progression.”

I do not have access to “FRA Latest (2)” in the Production. I can only view it in the Review instance. My role is Viewer for “FRA Latest (2)” and Regional Focal Point for “FRA Latest (1).”

For greater clarity, the admin would prefer to replace Latest2 with FRA in Progress and keep Latest as Latest.
