[Library browse] Unintended scroll upon unit selection

Unintended scrolling behavior on unit page. See video below:

This behavior was previously fixed in this issue #1992
with this PR, but it appears the bug is back.

Steps to recreate

• Create a new unit
• Add components to the unit
• Navigate back to the library browse page
• Click the new unit.

Additional Details
Not seeing this behavior for any other object types, though I'm not sure what exactly is causing this behavior; I may not be doing the correct things to see this behavior.

@edschema this was added as intended behavior in the following ticket, if you want to stop this we need to remove that code that triggers the scroll for newly created/updated unit.

@kdmccormick I have gone through the code it is intended that when new block will be created then scroll function will come into play. Can you please check and give your thoughts about it? please also read my comments above.

Hi @ahtesham-quraish, yes that is the expected behavior for newly added components within the unit page. The behavior that you've identified is shown in the video here:

The problem is when a user navigates away from the unit page to the home/browse page, and clicks the unit card. In this flow, both the unit and newly added component are scrolled out of view. please see the video in the original ticket.

This is a bug that was previously fixed in this ticket: #1992 with PR #2032, but was re-introduced.
