[Bug] Scrolling behavior bug: library unit page to library browse

Current Behavior
Steps to recreate:

1. When I create a new component in a unit, the page scrolls to the newly created component.
2. When I navigate from the unit page to the Library browse page, and select the unit card, the page scrolls down unexpectedly
3. Clicking the unit card also changes the sidebar to select the component created within the unit. I would expect clicking the unit card should select the unit I clicked.

Desired Behavior
Step 1 above is as desired and expected.
Step 2 above: the page should not scroll when I select the unit card
Step 3 above: clicking the unit card should select the unit and open the sidebar for that unit.
