Error creating session summary

Describe the bug
When viewing the logs (whilst querying the bot) the following error keeps appearing:

To Reproduce

Just use as per normal and watch the logs.

Expected behavior

The front end is still answering the questions, which is great. This is expected. However, the logs are showing this error behind the scenes.
