Issue 1 — Add Your Name to participants folder

The first task is as follows-:

In the participants folder create a new text file (.txt) with the file name being your roll number .txt (eg- iit2023098.txt). In the .txt file write your details as follows

Name: your name
Roll Number: your enrollment number
Hobbies: your hobbies
Github ID: your github id
Tech Parent: your tech-parent
Favorite Society: your fav soc
