[QA] Space is "Queued", no uploads happen, but nothing else to do.

Steps to reproduce

Seen with oc-5.2.0 & Windows Desktop Client: 3.0.3-2073

I have multiple Spaces connected. One of the spaces shows a greed dotted line, and says "In Warteschlange gestellt" (Queued)
There is no progress for several hours. No other sync activity needs to finish.
The next morning, we did pause sync, resume sync.
The space is now happy and syncs correctly.
Logging was off. Sorry, no log files.

Expected behavior

• Can we peridoically pause and resume to catch such hanging situations.?
